The Home Information Pack consists of:
Required Documents:

- Evidence of Title;
- Sale Statement;
- Standard Searches;
- Commonhold Information (if applicable);
- Energy Performance Certificate;
- Leasehold Information (if applicable);
- New Home Warranty (if applicable).
Optional Documents:
- Guarantees and Warranties;
- Other searches;
- Home Condition Report.
How much does it cost?
For the required documents the cost starts from £220.00 plus VAT. The additional cost of the optional documents starts from £397.00.
Can I obtain a hard copy of the Home Information Pack?
Yes. An additional charge of £25 will be made for each hard copy.

If you use us for your conveyance you will not be required to pay for your HIPs upfront.
